Never Say "No" for innovations is what I see from the leaders of Dubai.  This land is getting prepared for the world to come.

It is the beginning of 2022 and the weather here is cold and pleasant, roads are lit, still the New Year mood is in the minds of many. What we see everyday is change, a change for better, a change for good.  People are hopeful and delighted.  Expecting the change to be favorable to them in terms of better jobs, businesses, and livelihood which will take them closer to their dreams.  

The land is transforming in faster pace. High rise buildings over take each other day by day. The infrastructure of this place competes to the speed of the incoming population. The transport systems are getting travel friendly and time savvy. There is rise in tourism after two years of COVID restrictions. EXPO 2020 has seen 2.35 million visitors in the first month alone. I could see people from numerous countries, spending their time with their families and for business.  As we all know leading countries have shown tremendous confidence in the emirates in the past, we are sure its going to repeat in the coming years as well.

Countries like Saudi Arabia, US, Canada, UK, France, India, Spain, Japan, Thailand have brought in huge level of FDI to the UAE. As UAE is topographically placed perfectly for trade, it is an attraction to import export business. Now the change in new weekend, will also see major BPOs and IT companies moving todays UAE, as it has better infrastructure than India or Philippines.  Zero income tax has always given people of Dubai a luxury in extra spending and leading a better quality of life. It will be a major attraction for many companies. Dubai Government fundamentally promotes growth in FDI, which will be an ongoing process you can see for many years to come.

                                      

Dubai Government supports upcoming entrepreneurs in many ways, like venture capital funds, seed funds, incubators, tie-ups, 100% own sponsorship, extended visas, and providing them with the most favorable environment for living and doing business.

Real estate is a major factor why Dubai has been in the eyes of millionaires. Reasonable prices and less taxes attract many investors towards Dubai. As the inflow of people in Dubai is expected to increase constantly, the real estate market is also picking up its pace in investment in construction, Dubai is already seeing a hike in sales and rental of both residential and commercial spaces.  As the new rule allows expats who are willing to settle down in Dubai after their retirement will also increase the buying of properties. People will feel at peace to settle here as Dubai is one of the most safest city in the world. Due to its geographical placement, traveling anywhere from Dubai is easier and faster. Air connectivity is great to all parts of the world. To note, Dubai airport is one of the busiest airport in the world connecting millions worldwide.

With the business-friendly environment, infrastructure, innovation and advanced technology, Dubai provides plentiful opportunities for business and lifestyle. From the year 2022, Dubai will grow swiftly and people who land sooner will make great profits very quickly.
